д (т.е. наружнюю организацию):
Routines and Schedules:
Children with ADHD often struggle to establish and maintain routines, leading to difficulties in managing time, completing tasks, and maintaining a sense of order in their lives according to The ADHD Centre.
Organization and Clutter:
Home organization and tackling clutter can be particularly challenging for adults with ADHD, due to factors like distractibility and decision-making difficulties.
Executive Function Deficits:
ADHD is often associated with deficits in executive functions, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing, which are crucial for building and maintaining structure.
Lack of Internal Structure:
Individuals with ADHD may struggle with internal systems of organization, making it necessary to develop external structures and systems to compensate.
External Structures as a Solution:
To manage difficulties with structure, individuals with ADHD can benefit from creating external structures, such as to-do lists, planners, reminders, and routines.
Seeking Support:
If difficulties with structure are significant, individuals may find it helpful to seek support from coaches, therapists, or professional organizers.
Importance of Structure:
Structure and routines can provide external control, minimize conflicts, and build skills and habits, ultimately leading to greater success and self-esteem.
